Akuamma (Picralima nitida) is a plant native to different parts of Africa, particularly in Ghana, Nigeria and Ivory Coast.  The seeds are harvested then finely milled into powder with the help of forest villages in Ghana. 
 
Akuamma has been used for ages and was commonly used as an aphrodisiac. It has been used as a means to treat a variety of conditions. Our Akuamma is top notch!
